Stors is a UAE-based SaaS platform that gives restaurants and cloud kitchens their own delivery channel without having to build the tech themselves. Think of it as Shopify for food delivery: sign up, set up your menu, and start taking orders.
The Problem
- The big food delivery aggregators take 25–35% commission on every order. Restaurants were looking for a way to sell directly to customers without giving up that margin.
- Most white-label delivery solutions on the market were slow, clunky, and couldn't hold up when real order volume hit.
- Restaurant owners don't have time to learn complicated software. Onboarding had to be genuinely simple. Minutes, not days of setup.
- There was no single system that handled orders, drivers, menus, and analytics together. Operators were duct-taping 4 or 5 different tools to keep things running.

What We Built
We designed and shipped the entire Stors platform end to end: customer apps, restaurant dashboard, driver app, and admin panel. Twelve weeks from kickoff to real restaurants taking real orders.
